Srishti Behl is a seasoned producer with three decades of experience in the Indian film and television industry. She is driven by curiosity and a passion for storytelling and has a pattern of success leading organizations and teams with empathy.
Srishti is from an old Bollywood family, with her late father Ramesh Behl’s banner Rose Movies, responsible for several hits including “Kasme Vaade,” “The Train,” “Pukar” and “Jawani Diwani.”
She later co-founded Rose Audiovisuals pvt limited with her brother Goldie Behl, which went on to produce five feature films and over 1000 hours of programing both scripted and unscripted across all major Indian networks.
In 2018, Srishti took on the responsibility as content acquisition Director - International Original Films Netflix India , where she was tasked with building a diverse and inclusive original film slate. During her stint at Netflix, she played a foundational role in building the platform's original film slate of more than 35 original films including Guilty, AK vs AK, Bulbbul and Serious Men and first Tamil and Telugu films, Paava Kadhaigal and Pitta Kathalu respectively.
She now serves as the CEO of Phantom Studios, which has produced many Bollywood films like Queen, Masan, Lootera and Udta Punjab.
She has also served on the jury for the International Emmys (International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences) in 2014 and 2016 as well as served two terms as the Vice President (Digital and Television) of the Producers Guild of India.
